2017 STEM and the Arts Showcase Registration
Choose from Three Dynamic Programs. Do your students have a passion for helping people, Graphic Design or Engineering and Science....This program will offer a little something for everyone!
Three Presentation Sessions (Please select a breakout session for your entire group to attend):
1 - Engineering & Advanced Manufacturing: explore the world of engineering with industry professionals.
2 - Digital Media Arts/ICT: Students have the opportunity to dive deep into the world of Digital Media Arts with industry professionals from throughout the world of Digital Arts.
3 - Medical: Learn from industry professionals what it takes to make it in the Medical field.
Explore careers in the STEM and the Arts industry sectors. There are many areas you can choose to explore. From the interactive exhibits, demonstrations, and workshops to making connections with industry professionals, colleges, find workplace opportunities, and watch student competitions.
Date: Friday, April 21, 2017 - Field Trip Day
Time: 8:30 am - 1:30 pm (if you wish to stay later, exhibits will be open until 3 pm).

Registration/check-in located near entrance/ bus drop off area.
Costs: Registration Fee is $15 per student
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SECURING YOUR OWN TRANSPORTATION, SUBSTITUTES, AND LUNCHES.
Lunch is available for purchase at the OC Fair & Event Center Concession options.
Funding Source- contact your district Career Technical Education Director for transportation, substitute, and lunch funds through the OC Pathways Grant or the Incentive Grant.
Upon registering, Vital Link will send you a Student Roster, Photo Releases, and Student Code of Conduct forms to complete. Student Roster must be scanned/emailed, faxed, or mailed PRIOR TO EVENT DATE. All other forms can be submitted prior to event or at registration on event day.
