2015 Digital Media Arts Competition Entry Form


I have read the rules and understand the scope and requirements of the DMA Competition.

I am an Orange County high school/ROP or college instructor submitting my students work in the Vital Link Digital Media Arts Competition.

I understand that I can only submit one piece of artwork per student and each submission must have a separate entry form.

Eligibility: Each teacher is eligible to submit a maximum of 10 students' artwork.

Deadline: All entry forms/student projects and hardcopies must be submitted to Vital Link no later than March 6, 2015 at 5:00pm

NOTE: Any projects submitted after the deadline will not be eligible for judging.

All artwork will be displayed at the 2015 STEM and the Arts Career Showcase.
